Did you get denied for your firearm registration?

If an applicant is denied by NICS (FBI) or MPD and would like to appeal the decision, you will be charged a firearm storage fee of $25 a month until the firearm is retrieved from our office. 3 missed payments will result in the forfeiture of the firearm. Once the reoccurring payments begin, the only contact you will receive from our office is the monthly payment notification. 

MPD does not notify G&D FFL when an application has been denied. It is the applicants responsibility to notify G&D FFL.

You have two options, return or appeal. 

Return:
If the seller is willing to accept the return, G&D must be notified in writing by the seller. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. 


Appeal:
If you wish to appeal the denial, you will be charged a firearm storage fee of $25 a month until the firearm is retrieved from our office. 3 missed payments will result in the forfeiture of the firearm. Once the reoccurring payments begin, the only contact you will receive from our office is the monthly payment notification.
