Challenging Your Identity History Summary, Your Firearm-Related Denial Or Applying For The Voluntary Appeal File (VAF)

A UPIN, or Unique Personal Identification Number, is a number assigned by the FBI to individuals who have been denied firearm purchases or experienced delays in background checks through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). It helps to confirm identity and prevent future delays or mistaken denials when purchasing firearms.  
Apply for a Unique Personal Identification Number (UPIN) online.

I would honestly have to say that I'm not much of a guy who writes reviews etc. However this has been a great experience for me with G and D they have top tier customer service and any questions you may have they have the answers right there for you. To me DC has finally put some folks in place that know what they are doing and they are awesome with what they do. If you are a DC resident and wanna get a fire arm talk to G&D they will help you and help you get your conceal carry license as well.

So a year later for me I have purchased 3 more firearms and I have used G&D to transfer my firearms. I'm one who believes in supporting black owned businesses and I must say they offer top tier customer service and top tier help on any question you may or may not have etc. If you live in DC and you are looking to purchase a firearm or you are using a company to transfer your firearm through to DC my advice is to link up with G&D they are the best. Don't mess with the other company if you are serious about good customer service.
