Concealed Carry Permit Card (Physical Card)
G and D FFL will print a physical Conceal Carry Permit cards. Cards must be picked up at our location 1317 F St NW Suite 700, Washington, DC 20004.
The MPD has 90 days to make a decision on your concealed carry application, though this period can be longer if the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) requires a more extensive background check or doesn't receive necessary information from outside sources. You will be notified of the decision via email, and the process involves fingerprinting, a background check, and potentially firearm training. Once approved, they will issue you the registration certificate but not a physical card. It is best practice to keep a physical firearm registration card in your wallet/purse to prove ownership of firearms.
